All prices are shown exclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

Customers are responsible for their own internet connection fees. No other fees are charged by LangClip beyond the subscription price shown at checkout.

Applicable taxes (including Japanese consumption tax, VAT, GST, or similar taxes) may be added at checkout depending on the customer’s billing location.

Payment methods provided by Lemon Squeezy, including but not limited to:

• Credit cards
• Other payment methods displayed at checkout

Subscription fees are charged in advance at the start of each billing period.

For recurring subscriptions, payments are automatically processed at the beginning of each renewal period.

For paid plans, the Service becomes available immediately after payment is successfully completed.

The trial plan is provided free of charge and becomes available immediately upon account creation, without requiring payment.

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account Settings. After cancellation, Plus access continues until the end of the current billing period.

Because the Service is a digital subscription, cancellations made during an active billing period do not qualify for prorated or partial refunds, and deleting your account forfeits any remaining subscription time. Refunds are provided only where required by applicable consumer protection laws or where permitted under Lemon Squeezy’s refund policy.

The full policy is set out in §6 (Subscriptions and Account Management) and §7 (Refund Policy) of the Terms of Service, which govern in case of any conflict with this summary.

The LangClip browser extension is distributed via the Chrome Web Store and works in Chromium-based browsers that install from it, including Google Chrome and Brave. A native Microsoft Edge listing (via Edge Add-ons) is planned.

The web app at app.langclip.com supports the latest versions of:

• Google Chrome (recommended)
• Microsoft Edge
• Firefox
• Safari (iOS / macOS)

Use of the Service is governed by the Terms of Service.

Personal data is handled in accordance with the LangClip Privacy Policy. Payment-related personal data is handled by Lemon Squeezy under its own privacy policy.

As this is a digital service, issues may arise related to service availability or functionality.

Nothing in this disclosure limits or excludes any mandatory consumer rights you have under Japanese law, including under the Consumer Contract Act (消費者契約法) and the Act on Specified Commercial Transactions (特定商取引法).

The subscription sold on this Service is a paid continuous digital service (定期購入・継続的役務). Cooling-off (クーリング・オフ) under the Act on Specified Commercial Transactions does not apply to sales of digital services concluded online, but you can cancel future renewals at any time from the Settings page as described in the “Cancellation and Refund Policy” section above.

Where a provision of these disclosures conflicts with a mandatory rule of Japanese consumer protection law, the mandatory rule prevails.
